Returns


At Hippy Turtle we believe in building long lasting relationships with our customers by enhancing their shopping experience. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and lies at the core of our company ethos. We have taken great care to create a user friendly site, swift delivery, premier packaging and carefully selected quality products. We want you to love your shopping experience with us so if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days to return items from your order and we will happily arrange a refund.

You can request the return from the orders page and the same will be processed from our end subject to the below conditions.

  1. You can returns up to 14 days from date of receipt at your end.
  2. The product has to be in saleable condition to be eligible for a return/refund.
  3. Refund will be processed once the product is received in our warehouse in saleable condition.
  4. We do not accept used/damaged goods as return.

Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Hippy Turtle   box is properly protected with the plastic bag provided, if parcel is received in the Hippy Turtle box.

Not all products are eligible for returns. Please ensure you have checked return policy for goods ordered.

  • Return outside the 14 day window may be accepted at our discretion. The item(s) should be returned unworn or unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels and original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and email us at care@hippyturtle.com along with an image of the damaged item. If we are informed about the damage after the 24 hour window, return may be accepted at our discretion.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Hippy Turtle
    We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

 

Refund

We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days from receipt. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will post a confirmation once the refund has been made.
